The Refund and Returns Policy of Benji Couture explain how we handle order issues, damaged items, and cancellations. Because our garments are handcrafted, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Overview

At Benji Couture, each garment is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail and respect for traditional Moroccan craftsmanship.

Because our pieces are handmade and prepared with great care, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been completed and shipped.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and sizing information before placing an order.

If you have any questions before purchasing, our team will be happy to assist you.

Handmade Products

All Benji Couture garments are handcrafted.

As a result, slight variations in embroidery, stitching, fabric texture, or finishing details may occur. These natural variations are part of the authenticity of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.

Please also note that product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings or lighting conditions.

Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

We strongly recommend consulting our Size Guide before purchasing.

If you are unsure about sizing, you are welcome to contact us and we will gladly assist you in choosing the most appropriate size.

Orders placed with incorrect sizing information cannot be returned or refunded.

Retours

Due to the handmade nature of our garments, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been shipped.

However, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

• the item received is damaged during delivery
• the item received is incorrect compared to the order placed

Requests that fall outside these situations may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To review the request, we may ask you to provide photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, Benji Couture will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

• repair of the item
• replacement of the item (if available)
• store credit

Each situation will be evaluated individually.

Refunds

Refunds are not normally issued due to the handmade nature of our products.

However, a refund may be considered in rare cases where:

• the product cannot be repaired or replaced
• the error is clearly the responsibility of Benji Couture

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before order confirmation and preparation begin.

To ensure order accuracy, Benji Couture may contact customers to confirm their order before shipping.

Once an order has been confirmed by the customer, the preparation and shipping process may begin immediately.

For this reason, cancellation requests cannot be accepted after order confirmation.

Customers are kindly asked to review their order carefully before confirming it.

Refused Delivery (Cash on Delivery Orders)

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are expected to accept the parcel once it has been shipped.

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier.

Please note that shipping and return shipping costs are charged by the delivery company even if the parcel is refused.

For this reason, Benji Couture reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries.

Customers are kindly asked to place orders only if they are certain about their purchase.

Advance Payments (Prepaid Orders)

In some cases, Benji Couture may require full or partial payment in advance before shipping an order.

This may apply to:

• custom or special orders
• international orders
• high-value items
• certain local orders at our discretion

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer or other secure payment methods communicated during the order process.

Once an order has been confirmed and paid in advance, it will enter the preparation and shipping process.

Because our garments are carefully prepared and handled with attention to detail, advance payments are non-refundable once order preparation has begun.

Customers will always be informed in advance if prepayment is required.
